Our mission is directed towards preventing neonatal mortality due to inadequate & unhygienic clothing of the newborn by educating & creating awareness amongst the expectant mothers, newly delivered mothers & adolescent girls in Government hospitals, anganwadis, urban slums & villages.

VASTRR is committed to accomplishing the vision of UNICEF & WHO’s SDG (sustainable development goal) of reducing the neonatal mortality rate from the current 25.4 deaths per 1000 live birth to12 deaths per 1000 live births by the year 2030.
